Core has exported our first Seamless walling system to USA.

LeMans 6hr, Silverstone
A VERY busy week at Silverstone for Core having 5 garage systems on site, 3 in LeMans paddock in the International Wing and 2 in World Series Renault paddock.
We have primarily been adding the the current system for Murphy Prototypes with a larger integrated LED helmet dryer/stand, branded Tensator barriers, hospitality area banners (and even etch logos applied to wine glasses!) additional garage walling including ‘viewing area’ window panels and finally a new outdoor large walling system to enclose their tractor unit, providing a smart paddock presentation and a graphic wall with driver pictures as a backdrop for autograph signing.
Greg Murphy has been delighted with Core products and continually works with us
to expand/improve his garage system, already considered to be one of the best presented teams in the series. For this important Silverstone race he entrusted Core to design the garage layout and errect the system for the team on Wednesday. Knowing that Silverstone garages have clean, newly painted floors we opted to not lay floor tiles and instead produced cut vinyl logos which were applied directly to the garage floor. A great look and again setting a benchmark for other teams to follow.
LeMans 2012 walling systems
Murphy Prototypes garage, Spa
Core made a large impact at LeMans this year, increasing garage system for french team Larbre including an additional Powerhood, extended walling system, shelving units including helmet dryers, LED downlights and integral bin. All delivered to Spa 6hr race.
Also supplying an impressive system for new Irish team Murphy Prototypes, inc. Office area, Green LED helmet dryer/stand, Flush wall mounted TV’s, Back lit logos, Flooring etc, etc. We also designed/supplied graphics for their car and lorry.
P1 team ‘Lotus Rebellion’ purchased a double garage system which rivalled the works Lotus team garage at a fraction of the budget! Sleek white walling with large office area, back lit logos and vinyl graphics.
Finally Status GP in their innaugral LeMans season also purchased back lit logo panels to enhance their garage.
Core van wrap
Finally after 5 months of busy working we have finally grabbed a weekend to wrap our own van.
Using a 3M satin silver vinyl the van had a colour change wrap with Front grill, Mirrors and Door handles wrapped in brushed aluminium effect.
An oversize logo on the rear sides in gloss clear vinyl, subtle colour logo and phone/ web details in reflective black (it reflects white), and a ‘patriotic’ union flag on the roof (for the benefit of anyone overhead).
Roof bars (wrapped black carbon), Chrome side bars, Rear spoiler,
‘Sportline’ wheels and replaced number plates finish the make over.

DAMS garage systems
Core provided french team DAMS with two seamless garage walling systems for both their GP2 and World Series Renault teams. In addition two bespoke powerhoods for their GP2 team including upgraded power and retractable airlines, Both systems supplied in purpose built flight cases.
Abarth stunt plane
As the main race graphics suppllier for Abarth UK, Core were chosen to do a complete colour change vinyl wrap + apply graphics to the Extra 300 stunt plane of Mark Jefferies following a sponsoship deal with the UK’s leading acrobatic pilot. Both Mark and Abarth management were delighted with the finished product.
